We do not ask for payment card numbers or sensitive health information through this site.

Legal bases (NZ Privacy Act 2020)
We collect and use personal information for lawful purposes connected with our functions, with your knowledge or consent where required, and take reasonable steps to keep it accurate and secure.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if no engagement follows, then deleted or anonymised. Client files related to paid consulting are retained for at least seven years where needed for professional and tax records, then reviewed for deletion.
Sharing
We use service providers who host email, site infrastructure, or analytics under contracts that require appropriate protection. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by New Zealand law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
Some providers may store data outside New Zealand. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients are required to protect the information in ways comparable to NZ privacy expectations.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to delete enquiry data where we do not need to keep it for legal reasons. We use HTTPS, access controls on mailboxes, and staff need-to-know practices. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending highly confidential financial attachments through the public form when a secure channel would be better.
Updates
We may update this policy by posting changes here with a revised date context. Material changes affecting ongoing clients will also be communicated when appropriate.
